This is a colt Sci-fi classic! It's come from a great series fire fly. This opened up the audience for the franchise as its a great film/series.
With writer joss weadon and with directing it! You can't ask for anything more! You'll never be left with a moment to wonder! Truly amazing film. Underrated and needs to be picked back up! Love it and would change a thing about it!

Well I've just watched this film, with having it referenced more than once to me! I'm glad I've finally watched it! Great acting by De Niro! Was truly stunning in every way. I also enjoyed the cold shoulder he produced in some 1on1 scenes! Can't believe how young Jodie foster is in this too. Great little actress. I can see why this film is so highly rated, but it's highly rated as a top 10 by an older generation. Which is fine, but me at the age of 22, I did find the prolonged panned angled with backing jazz track a little boring at times. None the less, it's still a great film. Ending scene left it with a positive close!

My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North, General of the Felix Legions and loyal servant to the TRUE emperor, Marcus Aurelius. Father to a murdered son, husband to a murdered wife. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next.
This moment was the TITS! Shivers up my spine! Popcorn dribbling out my mouth and tears running down my mouth. What a great film.. ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED! ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED! Russell Crowes beat performance and I bet at the premier of this film! He Must of been so happy with his flawless performance. Thinking back on this film and how much I loved it! Captured the roman times beautiful. Easy 10 no question about it!

I remember this sitting in the VHS shelf as a kid. Always wanting watch it! Brother always use to reference quotes from this film, teasing me on how great it is! Ahhh but mum and dad were right on not letting me watch this till I was older! I can remember like it was yesterday. I was 14 off school for summer holidays. Mum at work and me and my old man wacked This on the JVC svhs unit. Yeah we had a DVD player, but I wanted to watch this in the VHS. Almost like it was a personal life goal. I enjoyed every minute of it! Quinton completely blew my mind with the direction of this film. Nothing like I've seen before. So graphic and intense 1 on 1 scenes with actors. Dialoge and script on point! Deffo needs a 10 on it! No doubt about it.

"Life passes most people by while they're making grand plans for it"

A quote that will never leave my mind. This film is definitely due a 10 star!... Johnny depps best performance hands down. Any boy/man that has a strong relationship with his farther will relate to this film. It's not just about sex, drugs and rock'n'roll, it's the story of greed and biting more than you can chew. But mostly trying to win the wrong way. George (jd) he wasn't a bad guy. He was well mannered and well educated man with morals, witch intentions of just wanting to give back to the people that he holds close to his heart. It's field with suspense and dramatic scenes that keep you involved with every scene. The operation of departing/importing drugs and the growth on weed and cocaine in the 70's was truly funomenal.

I find this film to be very smart! Ted demme the director of the film was talented and sadly he pasted away not long after film, in 2003. It's always played on my mind, with his death. The fact that there was traces of cocaine found in his system when they discovered the cause of his fatal heart attack. I like to think maybe he was a cocaine addict and wanted express his view and shed light on the cocaine world. I like how he chose the true story of how cocaine hit the U.S in the 70's and its almost fitting how he directed this film to show how much of a nice guy George was in the film. With almost trying to show the world the pros/cons of cocaine. If you haven't watched it! You really have to.. Definitely one to watch before you!

I was there 6am for the premier viewing of this amazing film! Tom hardy, Christian bale, Gary oldman, Anne Hathaway, Michael Cain and Morgan freeman. All on the big screen together! What else could you ask for, this was always I highly anticipated film for me. To the teaser trailer to holding the ticket outside the cinema doors! Seeing batman with no purpose, goal, desire. A hero with no one to save, just a bankrupt Bruce Wayne with no purpose in life. (Spoiler alert) the moment when Bruce Wayne is trapped in banes prison and he has to become mentally and physically strong in order to escape whilst watching Gotham burn. For me! ThIs is what I like to call that "ROCKY" moment... Yes the rocky moment! Que cheesy 80's music and let's do some sit ups errrggghhhh! That hole action movie moment when the camera pans on the characters face whilst he's doing his push ups, that hunger that desire THAT hole purpose comes back, you almost feel like your there with him. From his moments as a weak riddled human to a strong fearsome character inflicting justice upon Gotham and watching the dark knight take back what's his.

To me, goodfellas will always hold a comfortable position in my top 10 films! It's raw and ruthless take on the gangster lifestyle was not only original but complete and utter genius! It showed the authenticity of being a gangster, the responsibilities and most of all it showed the benefits of being a gangster. Not only did it highlight the sex, drugs and money. But it showed the downside to being a dishonest rat for snitching on your friends and the respect earned in taking a pinch like a man. This gets 5 stars as I don't think I'll see another film like this before I die!

This is my guilty pleasure film! It's cool, cheesy and it offers action too! It's take on a lifestyle of a us fighter jet pilot and his relationship with his co-pilot is great. Tom cruise's most remembered films by far..it's not all scoring chicks and taking names in this film, it also went into the factors of mavericks (Tom cruise) mental condition in being a hot head! Going against the risk, for the ultimate ride and thrill. It's great for the family and always offers a laugh and cry for ladies. The Childhood hero for maverick always was the top gun.

JOHNNY UTAH! Young dumb full of cum! This is the ultimate film. Such a great cast and 90's action driven story line! This brings me way back to when I was a kid and my farther introduced me to some films. This was always my favourite as a kid. Typical cops and robbers with a thrilling undercover twist. For me the on foot chance scene was great with johnny Utah and the mask villain. It's so great as that scene plays a vital part in twisting the story and setting a new tide. (No pun intended)

A compelling story of a dieing breed of noble men that were the Mohicans. No race, no sexual gender, no discrimination in being a Mohican. You just had to show heart, this was the first dramatic film I ever watch and I've watch it over and over again. I even own the soundtrack on CD! Daniel day-Lewis master peace by far! The rich vibrant scenes of overwhelming New England lands with deep and breath taking landscape shots makes the film so much more enjoyable. You get fully submerged in story with historical facts and reenactment of vital turning points in American history.

There can be only one! What a great film. This was my fathers favourite film and he introduced this film to me when I was about 7 and I loved it! It's awesome tale in regards to the ultimate highlander is great. "It's better to burn out than fade away" best movie quote. I love the fight scenes as you just don't see enough one on one sword fighting these days. This is a complete and utter classic!
